1. Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Muessez reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, particularly in cases of incomplete or inaccurate information. Guests must provide accurate details during booking.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange.

3. Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Full payment is typically due upon arrival unless otherwise specified. Certain promotional rates may require prepayment at the time of booking, which will be clearly indicated.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for respecting hotel property and other guests. Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, and violations may incur fines.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described therein.

7. Liability

Muessez is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance for added protection.

8. Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to bookings (e.g., changes to dates or room types) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us promptly to request changes.

9. Force Majeure

Muessez is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations. In such cases, we will work to provide reasonable alternatives or refunds where possible.

10. Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book or check into our hotels. kazino areas may have additional age restrictions, typically 21, as per local regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
